This particular card is a little more 3-D then I would normally put together but it just happened that way!!I cut out a flourish design from one of the 7 gypsies prints. I inked the cut edges with the Fluid Chalk stamp pads. I then added glitter with the Tulip Glitter Dimensional Fabric Paint and that caused the edges to curl a little bit - I loved that look. I took just a section of one of the die cut pieces of the chipboard. I stamped it quickly with the dictionary print stamp and then just sprayed it with the Lime Glimmer Mist. Easy, fast and yet stunning!!!
The butterfly was another piece that was fast and easy. I applied the butterfly mask to the Core'dinations cardstock. If you aren't familiar with a mask like this, it is meant to "cling" to your paper and not stick as in with adhesive. This way, you do whatever kind of coloring you want and then you simply remove the mask and you have a resulting shape. I just brushed or rubbed a brown, Fluid Chalk stamp pad over the mask. This put color around the edges and in the holes. When the mask was removed I had a butterfly shape. I cut around that shape leaving a border of the brown ink and then I took a fine tip pen to give added accent to the shape. I filled in some of the areas with Stickles in a Cinnamon color - a product that was part of a recent kit.
Thanks again for visiting, Linda (aka lbpost)

BLISS card and KIT CLUBS
So, first of all, let me tell you I am a fan of KIT CLUBS!!! I am on the DT for I AM A SCRAPAHOLIC's Kit Club , I know that there are many other kits out there and they are just plain fun! WHY? Because someone else has gone to the trouble of finding new and exciting products that all work together. Do you know how many scrapbook stores I could go to to put this mix of products together? I have found most Kit Club owners want to find fun and unique items that make their kit stand out and Lynn is no exception. If you have never subscribed to one, try it for a three month subscription. FUN STUFF!!!
Beautiful! =)
