CPS card and the cute chick!

The sponsor for Card Positioning Systems blog for this week is 2RedBananas.com. The CPS team was able to play with some new stamps they are offering. Mine is this little Chicken Impossible image. I stamped the image with a black stamp pad and embossed that with clear embossing powder. He was then colored with my Copic markers.
This gives you a close-up of the coloring. Another product from this sponsor that I played with was some Smooch from Clearsnap. Mine was silver so I used it on his belt buckle and in the punched out holes in my border punch. Notice too the crosshatch design on the Core'dinations cardstock. I used the Scor-Pal tool to create the lines and then sanded the paper.
Here is another card that shows off some techniques that work well with the Core'dinations cardstock. You probably can't guess how I created my little circle designs! I just purchased a new pan to use on the BBQ and it has holes in it. I dry embossed the circles and then sanded the circles on the top side of the cardstock.
The red colored cardstock is from the Vintage collection and I made lines in it with the Scor-Pal tool again and then sanded the lines.
Thanks for visiting, Linda (lbpost)
