Santa Claus card and a few more photos

I managed to find a few minutes to play with the 2 Sketches 4 you sketch #40 for this week.
I pulled out some BoBunny papers and my new Pink Persimmon Christmas stamps.
Besides the stamps being new, I used a couple other new supplies. One is my new color of Glimmer Mist, Olive Vine. I stamped the Holly circle and punched that out in a circle shape and then sprayed it completely with the Olive Vine Glimmer Mist so a quick way to color it. When that was dry, I still did color the Holly leaves and the berries with Copic markers and added Aleene's Paper Glaze to the berries and to the fur on the Santa hat.
The other brand new supply is my Martha Stewart border punch. I basically want almost every border punch that has been released lately. These things just make me so happy!

And, two more photos from our Oregon trip.
We were driving through a wooded area just outside of Medford and I caught sight of the view in my rear view mirror.
We found an area in early October where the leaves were just starting to change and this plant caught our attention as only a portion of one leaf had changed to a bright red.
Thanks for visiting, Linda (lbpost)

  5. Love what you created here! Also just noted on your sidebar about the 1/4 ATG gun. I may have to try this because I have put off getting on repeatedly but thinking it is the best way to go!
