Gotta love Paper Smooches stamps

My playing lately has taken me to my sets of Paper Smooches stamps.  Always fun stuff.

I love the set of sentiments this one comes in.  I wanted to say something that wasn't necessarily Thanksgiving or fall related although the acorn and the colors fit for that.

I had some squares of patterned papers and I just cut them in half for my accent to this accorn stamp.
I love this cute little car so I always like to use it.  It always works great for a masculine or "dad" card but I wanted something a little more generic.  It also fits the Cas-ual Fridays challenge for a masculine card.
I thought the pennants made cute little flags, I stamped the red design on them.  Notice the yellow zig zag border that I stamped on the patterned paper.
One thing I have always loved about Kim's stamps is her great handwriting for the sentiments.

And for some photos...
These are the costumes that our grandsons all picked, pretty neat!!!

Thanks for visiting, Linda (lbpost)

  1. Love the cards. I really like that simple but creative way you used the squares of paper and turned them into the triangle decoration.

Great costumes. Really adore the Sherlock Holmes one. I'm a big Holmes fan anyway.
