She is by Stamping Bella as well as that "holey" background and that cute greeting. Her name is Causabelle, isn't that CUTE!
You can see the details in this close-up. I let her have a white dress so that meant I didn't have to color that part in. I watercolored the ribbon and coated the gals dress with a clear glaze finish. The "hole" background has a slight watercolor look because I inked it with two different shades of ink and then spritzed that with water before stamping it.
Check out this group and their efforts to bring attention to this cause - The Pink Ribbon Tour. It is a pink covered firetruck and the fireman have PINK fireman's uniforms! Since my son is a fireman, this really caught my attention.
