The SUNDAY TIMES - 10.26.2008 - The Lord Watches Over You

The LORD watches over you
the LORD is your shade at your right hand;
the sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.
The LORD will keep you from all harm
he will watch over your life;
the LORD will watch over your coming and going
both now and forevermore.

I kind of had to laugh when I read the part about "watching over your coming and going" cause I come and go alot. But then I also realized the comfort that comes from just thinking about that. Does that mean that I have a magic charm and nothing bad will ever happen to me? No, we live in the real world. What it does say to me though, is that God really cares about my days and my nights and my coming and my going and He is watching over me, ready to help me in all situations.
