Since this is Mother's Day weekend, I wanted to post a couple cards with that theme in mind.
This first card is a rough take on the Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger. I used a photo that I took on our recent trip to a rose farm. I love to take pictures and I love to use them on cards whenever I can. I thought that the flower and the color of the flower plus all of the great greens in the background resembled the Tuesday Trigger plus I thought a photo of a rose was the perfect way to make Mom a card.
This also fits in with the Cuttlebug Challenge blog's Be Inspired Challenge to use some Cuttlebug embossing on a card for Mom. I embossed a piece of white cardstock, one of my favorite looks. The little sentiment is created with mini sticker letters by Cosmo Cricket with an accent of some self adhesive red pearls.
This is my Card Positioning Systems card for this next week. JustRite stamps is the sponsor and while I was not in the group to help feature their stamps, since I have some I still wanted to use them and this little bunch of flowers is a perfect accent for Mom.
I hope everyone has an amazing weekend, today was filled with lots of grandkids time for this grandma and then time with our kids and grandkids tomorrow!
Thanks for visiting, Linda (lbpost)

Typically the JustRite stamps are used with a center, like the flowers, with a border around them so the result is a circle design but I wanted to just use the flowers and then I cut them out.
Both of my cards also fit with the Little Red Wagon challenge to use pink and green, great colors for MOM!

And for a few photos, guess what I bought when I visited a Farmer's Market and a cupcake store this last week!
