CPS #87 and 2 Sketches 4 You

There is still time to vote at JustRite Stamps - the voting is open until tonight. If you haven't voted, maybe you still could!! I'd love it!
Now for the cards! The first on is my Card Positioning Sytems card for this week. Did I even tell you how much fun it is to work with Tami's sketches!?? LOVE that it takes me "out of my box" a little bit each week and I love how many of you guys play along with us.
Since I got started using Fiskars products, it just seemed right to use lots of Fiskars here with the Heidi Grace papers, Cloud 9 epoxy sticker and this lacey border punch.
A favorite thing that I love to do lately is find a pattern in a paper that I can cut out so that is what I did with the big flower - it is cut out and then added to the top of the square piece and I accented some of the petals with the Glaze finish.

Here is a little close up of the border punch and how I used it to also accent the epoxy phrase. I mounted the epoxy sticker on yellow paper so that is what you see behind the sticker and then did a top and bottom border of the same punch.
And, of course, I had to try my hand at a 2 Sketches 4 You sketch this week too, Laura's sketch #11. I LOVE to use sketches, I love their sketches. I took a few liberties with the sketch this week. What I so love about sketches is that they are to be springboards to inspiration. You can follow them to the last detail or you can just use something that YOU SEE.
Owls are so all the rage and it was fun how these different products just seemed to go together like they were a set. I used Tulips Glitter Dimensional paint to accent the leaves.

Thanks for visiting, Linda (lbpost)
