Playing with Paper Players

I cannot remember the last time I created a card with a Wedding theme but it was fun to think of something to go along with the Paper Players "Wedded Bliss" challenge.
I just got a new stamp set from Mama Elephant. I feel in love with this beauty as soon as I saw some of the creations using it.  I knew I could try to create an elegant look that would be fitting for "Best Wishes" to the new couple or an anniversary greeting.
I embossed the image with silver embossing powder on watercolor paper.  I then added simple coloring with some Distress Stains, using plenty of water to keep the colors subtle.  I added a few splatters and stamped that middle piece separately and then added it with foam tape for dimension.  I cut a little banner from vellum with my Reverse Confetti die, stamping that with a little sentiment from Mama Elephant.
Here is the Paper Players challenge.
This also fits the Less is More challenge to use more then one stamp.
And for a fun photo...
One of our cute fur babies!
Thanks for visiting, Linda (lbpost)
