Black and White with a POP of color

I have wanted to give this look a try for awhile now and when I got this new set of stamps from Altenew I knew they were going to work.  
 I used the color combination from Colour Q to add my color POP.  I stamped the background with just plain black ink.
 I stamped one individual flower stamp and one leaf, colored them  with Copic markers in the Colour Q colors and cut them out. They were added over the stamped background with foam tape for dimension.  I did add a few little splashes of some orange ink and some dots of orange Liquid Pearls.

Why does a cat this anytime is nap time? It's 10:30 in the morning here!!!!

  6. What a wonderful card, Linda, love your pops of color! Love your kitty, and anytime is nap time around here, wait until you retire. Cats are always retired, and up when you are asleep!
